Prebooked face-to-face appointments are also available Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, between 9:45 AM and 2:30 PM, at the Bistro Bar and Kitchen in Market Rasen (availability is limited).

Neurodivergent Affirming Sessions
A safe, understanding space to explore identity, strengths, and challenges without judgement. These sessions celebrate neurodiversity and centre self-acceptance, communication, and wellbeing, flexible and shaped around you.
Contact nowWE HAVE OTHER SERVICES TOO
Alongside our core sessions, NDspt offers additional tailored services designed to make life more manageable, inclusive, and empowering.
We provide Access to Work guidance, helping individuals and employers understand funding options, workplace adjustments, and inclusive practice. Our assisted travel support helps neurodivergent people get to work, volunteering, or education safely and confidently (limited spaces within the Lincoln and Spalding areas).
For organisations and professionals, we run training and awareness workshops on neurodiversity, sensory processing, communication styles, and inclusive practice. Sessions can be adapted for staff teams, education settings, or support services, and are always shaped by lived experience and practical strategies.
We also offer policy-building support, helping sole traders, charities, and small services put together neurodivergent-affirming frameworks, including custom policies, guidance documents, and accessible communication templates.
And we're available for public speaking and professional engagement, including talks, educational sessions, and community projects, all grounded in real-world understanding of neurodivergence, co-occurring conditions, and person-centred practice.
Every additional service is shaped by the same principle: meet people where they are, and build spaces that work with neurodivergent ways of being.

Support should be accessible, person-centred, and tailored to the individual.
One-to-One Support Sessions
Standard session fee: £45 per session.
Reduced concessionary rates may be available for individuals receiving benefits, students, and veterans, on receipt of appropriate supporting documentation and considered on an individual basis.
Neuroaffirming Support & Access to Work
Support packages, workplace support, and Access to Work funded services are individually tailored to the person, employer, or organisation, so fees vary with session length, travel, preparation time, and any additional services provided.
Workshops & Training
Workshop and training costs vary with audience size, session length, location, and preparation required. Public workshops are typically offered at a ticket price per person. For organisations, businesses, charities, and community groups, fees are usually based on attendee numbers, training duration, and any bespoke design or resources needed.
