Social groups & activity groups
Connection Matters
Support isn't always formal. Sometimes the most important part of wellbeing is having somewhere you feel comfortable, understood, and able to be yourself without pressure.
Social and activity groups can help reduce isolation, build confidence, and create friendships, giving neurodivergent people space to exist without needing to mask who they are. Some of the groups below are peer-led, some are community projects, and some are simply safe places to meet people with shared experiences. Because sometimes finding your people matters just as much as finding support.
